Welcome to my World 

In September, Jarod and Patrick started their school year at Jacob Wismer Elementary School.  This relatively new elementary school opened just a few years ago.  This year Jarod will be starting the 1st grade and Patrick will be attending Kindergarten.  They offer a fantastic curriculum, state-of-the-art facilities and a wonderful teaching staff.  (However, with all this budget cut stuff happening, I worry about the state of our school system and the effects it'll have on the kids' education)  For now, they are so excited to be taking the bus together to school everyday.  I'll post more about their teachers and classmates once school starts.  :)

Update:  Jarod's new teacher is Mrs. Bariao and Patrick's teacher is Mrs. Sippel.  I've met them both already and they are as excited as we are to get the school year started.  Hopefully, in a few weeks, I can start volunteering as a teaching assistant in their classrooms.  I love helping out in their classrooms and watching them interact with their classmates and teachers.  This will be a great year for both of them!
